ZAPPA or “Zap Padi Angin” is specially formulated for paddy seed treatment. It is meant to enhance rapid seed germination for direct seeding rice grown under aerobic and anaerobic systems. Seedlings from ZAPPA® PLUS treated paddy seeds are known to have improved in their root and shoot growth. Seedlings germinated from paddy seeds treated with active oxygen present in ZAPPA® PLUS are found to grow vigorously under anaerobic direct seeding. Such being the case, the germination of the untreated weedy rice seeds present in the soils is delayed or even suffocated. In this way, the problem of weedy rice affecting yield in the country can be eliminated.
AJIB®CRF PADI is a specially formulated product having complete and balanced micronutrients, fortified with sulphur(S) for paddy cultivation to replace foliar fertilizer application. Its application increases nutrients uptake efficiency and reduces nutrients leaching losses. The use of AJIB®CRF PADI in paddy cultivation can save time, cost and labour due to less fertilizer application frequency – i.e. only one round per season is needed to be applied, instead of a few times if the conventional method is adopted.
